Give us 12 weeks. You'll walk away with a finished book — one that makes you the go-to expert in your niche, brings you clients who already know they want to work with you, and keeps working for your business long after the final chapter.

For established coaches, consultants, and experts who want a publish-ready manuscript in 12 weeks.

Not a course. Not a template. Actual 1:1 coaching — call by call, chapter by chapter — until the book is done.

You've been meaning to write this book for two, three, maybe five years.

You've started. More than once.

You wrote a few thousand words, read them back, weren't sure they were any good, and closed the laptop.

Or you outlined the whole thing and never wrote the first chapter.

Or you got 20,000 words in, lost the thread, and quietly let it die.

Here's the part most people get wrong about why.

It's not discipline. It's not talent. You have more to say than half the authors already on the shelf.

You've been trying to write it alone.

No one to tell you the chapter is working. No one to catch the argument drifting before it drifts for forty pages. No one keeping the thing moving when the week gets away from you.

That's not a writing problem. That's a structure problem — and structure is fixable.

Why I built the Manuscript Intensive

Over the last five years I've worked with dozens of coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs who wanted to write real books.

Not hobby books. Not "someday" books. Books that build authority, attract clients, and open doors that years of content never could.

And I kept watching the same thing happen. Smart people, deep expertise, real stories — stalling out for one reason. They had no thought partner.

So I built this.

The Manuscript Intensive is a 12-week, 1:1 coaching engagement where I stay in the work with you until the manuscript is finished. I take on 2–3 new clients a month. That's the only way to give every book the attention it needs.

This is the process that finally got me unstuck after three years of my own false starts — turned into a system, so you don't need three years to find it.

Here's exactly what you get

Everything below is real coaching and real deliverables. No filler. You'll always know precisely what you're getting and when.

The Blueprint Session (Week 1)

Before you write a single word, we lock the foundation.

Your reader. Your premise. Your chapter architecture. Exactly how the book feeds your business and positions you as the obvious person to help.

You leave this first session knowing what you're writing, why you're writing it, and what happens next — with a writing calendar already set. Most clients who've been stuck for years start writing within 24 hours of this call.

Weekly Coaching Calls (Weeks 1–4)

The first month decides everything. We meet every week.

Each call reviews what you wrote, tells you what's working and what isn't, and sets up the next chapter. You write one chapter at a time and submit it before the next call — so you never write five chapters in the wrong direction and have to tear them out.

The manuscript gets stronger every cycle.

Biweekly Coaching Calls (Weeks 5–12)

Once the habit is built and the book has momentum, we shift to every other week. You're self-directing between calls, and I'm reviewing your chapters and giving you structured feedback before every session.

Month two is where most people quit. The excitement has worn off, the first-draft high is gone, and the writing starts to feel like a grind. This is the stretch that kills books — and it's exactly where having me in the work with you matters most. We keep the manuscript moving when motivation alone would have let it stall.

By week 12, every chapter has been written, reviewed, and refined.

Async Feedback in 48 Hours

One of the biggest reasons people abandon a book isn't the writing. It's the second-guessing.

Is this chapter good enough? Am I explaining this clearly? Should I rewrite this before I move on?

You won't have to guess. Submit a chapter. Flag a section you're unsure about. Ask the question that's been nagging you.

I leave structured written feedback — not copy editing, real coaching on whether the chapter is doing its job — within 48 business hours. One manuscript review a week. It's always waiting for you before the next call.

Most coaches disappear between sessions. You'll always know exactly where you stand.

Three Manuscript Checkpoints (Weeks 4, 8, 12)

Every four weeks we stop the chapter work and read the book as a whole.

We check the things a chapter-by-chapter view can't see:

  • Every chapter strengthens your core message.

  • The ideas flow, start to finish.

  • The structure keeps the reader turning pages.

  • The book delivers on the promise it makes in the opening.

This is what catches structural drift before it turns into a rewrite. It's the difference between a stack of decent chapters and a book that works as one piece — the kind a reader finishes and thinks, I've never looked at it that way before.

The Final Read (Week 12)

Before the manuscript goes anywhere near Amazon, we go through the whole thing together one last time.

We challenge weak ideas. Tighten the message. Cut anything that doesn't belong. Make sure every chapter earns its place — because one average chapter can weaken the entire book.

You finish with a manuscript you're ready to put your name on.

You'll also get these bonuses...

The Authority Writing Vault — proven frameworks, chapter structures, and storytelling templates that make clear, engaging chapters easy to write, even if you've never seen yourself as an author.

The Title Lab — a framework for a title and subtitle that communicates your methodology, earns attention, and makes the book impossible for the right reader to scroll past.

The Launch & Monetization Playbook — how to launch for visibility and reviews, and how to turn readers into discovery calls, speaking invitations, and high-value clients — without the book ever reading like a pitch.

"How much time does this actually take?"

The first call runs about 60 minutes. By the end, your book is outlined and your calendar is set.

After that, about 3-5 hours a week. Usually less than an hour a day.

Less time than most people spend scrolling their phone — and at the end of twelve weeks, you have a book instead of a screen-time report.

What happens when the book is out

Prospects find you on Amazon without you lifting a finger.

Sales calls get shorter, because the person already knows you and trusts you before they show up.

You raise your rates, because the market sees you differently.

Speaking invitations come from people who found you through the book.

And the revenue that used to come only from people who already knew you starts coming from people who found you. It keeps coming, long after the twelve weeks are over.

That's the whole game. You stop being one more expert with a good feed, and become the person who wrote the book on it.

The Duration:

12 Weeks

The Investment:

$3,500

Or split across three monthly payments of $1,250.

All it will take is one new client who finds you through the book... and the entire engagement pays for itself many times over.

I work with only 4-5 clients at a time. That's the only way to give every manuscript the attention it needs. If you're ready to finally write the book and walk away with a manuscript you're proud of, apply below.

NOT SURE IF THIS IS FOR YOU?

Fair. It isn't for everyone, and I'd rather tell you straight than talk you into it.

Just email me at [email protected] with the words "WRITE MY BOOK" and a sentence about what you're working on. I'll give you an honest read on whether the Intensive is the right move for you right now. No pitch.

Questions people ask before they start

What if I've never written a book before?

Good — most of my clients haven't. This isn't built for experienced authors. It's built for experts who have valuable knowledge and no idea how to turn it into a book. I'll guide you through every stage, from structuring your ideas to polishing the final manuscript.

What if I don't have the time?

If you wait until you "have time," you'll never write it. The program is built around busy business owners — an hour a day, consistent progress, no putting the business on hold. Give it that hour and you'll have a finished book in twelve weeks.

What if I'm not a good writer?

You're not trying to become a professional writer. You're putting your expertise and your point of view into the world. We organize your ideas, sharpen your stories, and refine the writing so it sounds like the best version of you — not like someone else wrote it.

How is this different from hiring a ghostwriter?

A ghostwriter can write a book. They can't write your thinking. The point isn't to publish a book — it's to publish the one that actually reflects your expertise, your voice, and your methodology. That's what builds trust and brings clients. A ghostwriter can't do that for you.

What if I fall behind?

Life happens. Miss a week and you haven't failed the program — we build a clear plan to get you back on track and keep the manuscript moving.

What if there are already books on my topic?

There are. People don't buy a book for the topic — they buy it for the perspective. Your experience, your stories, your way of solving the problem are what make it valuable. Not being first.

Twelve weeks from now, one of two things is true.

You're still saying, "I really should write that book one day."

Or you're holding the finished manuscript — the one that opens doors, starts conversations, and makes you the name people think of first in your space.

Every month you wait is another month your expertise stays stuck in your head. Another month a competitor builds the authority you could have. Another month a client picks someone else — because they're the one who wrote the book.

Someone in your niche is going to become the recognized authority over the next twelve months.

No reason it shouldn't be you.

This program provides strategic education and implementation support. Results vary based on experience, execution, and market conditions. No income or client acquisition outcomes are guaranteed. By enrolling in the Manuscript Intensive, you agree to these terms and conditions.
